Returns or exchanges
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges of any items.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can contact us with your issue at support@lanenalynn.com. A representative will help you with your issue. Always provide your order number with your email.  Be advised that you may be asked to provide images to support your order issue.

 

Replacements/refunds for damages and issues
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue, and let you know if a product replacement or refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be sent replacement product or a refunded of your original payment method will be processed. If a refund is processed, please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
